2. What do I do if I there is a problem with the bag?

3. Can I change my mind if I don't like the bag?
Yes, our returns policy allows you to return the bag for a 100% refund (excluding freight to and from) as long as the bag is returned in a brand new condition and in original packaging.
4. Do your bags come with a warranty?
Yes, Drop Bear Golf bags are covered by an extensive 12-month warranty. Please see policies page for more details.
5. How long should I allow for shipping?
Most areas are covered by overnight shipping, however shipping to regional areas can take 3-4 days.
6. Is it possible to pick the bag up?
No, at this stage all orders must be despatched. This may change in thenear future so watch this space.
7. How long before the Iron Bark series is available?
Stock of the Iron Bark series is due to arrive in July 2007. Register your details in our subscribers areas and you will receive notification by email.
8. Will there be any other bags launched by Drop Bear?
Yes, we will always be developing and releasing new product but only when we genuinely feel that we can improve on the design, quality or functionality of our existing line. If there is anything that you can suggest to improve on our golf bags please let us know through our contact us page.
