Warranties & Returns
Warranties
- Drop Bear Golf guarantees its golf bags for one year from the original date of purchase (original sales receipt required). This warranty covers the product for the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship. If the product ever fails during the warranty period due to a manufacturing or material defect, then Drop Bear Golf will repair or replace with like product at our discretion.
- This warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, accident, improper use, or the natural break down of colours and materials over time.
- If a customer has a warranty claim they will need to email a photo of the damaged product to warranties@dropbeargolf.com. If it is clear that the bag is under warranty then the old bag does not need to be returned. If it is unclear whether the bag is under warranty then the customer has the choice of returning the bag for inspection. If warranty is not approved then the customer will have to cover freight charges to and from inspection point. Warranty approval is at the discretion of Drop Bear Golf.
Returns
- Drop Bear Golf is committed to providing products of high quality and value, and we back this commitment with a satisfaction guarantee. If you purchase an item from us that for any reason fails to give complete satisfaction, you may return it to us for an exchange or full refund (excluding freight to and from) so long as it is new and unused, and in its original packaging. This guarantee must be exercised within 14 days of your receipt of the merchandise. Exceptions may apply for gift items purchased in advance.
- Notification can be made by emailing returns@dropbeargolf.com. Drop Bear will then issue a returns number (tax invoice credit no) and arrange a freight carrier to pick up goods.
- Payment will only be refunded when goods have been returned and inspected.
- Refunds will be applied based on the original method of payment.
- If an item reaches you in damaged condition, save the shipping carton and notify Drop Bear Golf at once. Please do not return damaged or broken merchandise to us unless you receive our instructions to do so. This is necessary so that you do not lose your right to file a claim. All claims for damaged goods must be made with the carrier within 10 days of the invoice date.
- To return an item to our warehouse we encourage you to re-use your original shipping carton. Please follow the instructions on the back of your packing slip, note the reason for your return, and enclose the slip in the shipping carton. If you do not have your packing slip, please include a separate piece of paper containing your printed name and address, the order number, and the reason for the return or exchange. Wrap the package securely and send it to the following address:
